Is the healthy and improved Toby Gerhart legit? Or is this just a pre season tease? Before answering note I am not saying he is going to be any type of franchise back.
But I think he really looked capable tonight of being that tough move the pile 4-5 yard per carry runner we have been hearing about. Maybe Fisch not running stretch plays with him all the time was just what he needed. Could be huge for us if we really do have three good backs. The shiftynes and speed of drob, the vision of Yeldon, and the downhill physical nature of Toby... What does everyone think after watching him tonight?
