Look at the population of Jacksonville and the physical size of the city (not counting St. Johns, Nassau or Clay counties). Do you really think that our city budget could handle such a project?Couldn't they do something similar with the bonds that get paid off via service fees? It's a lot easier/faster to pay pay off investment capital when you are not trying to maximize profits. |
