A better comparison might be Tony Romo. While there's no disputing that Tony Romo level play is definitely an upgrade over what we've seen for years now, I still cringe at hearing Bortles compared to Romo. Surely his ceiling is higher, and hopefully he plays at a higher skill level eventually, or at least keeps the interceptions down.
