Don't try to take things out of context.  Sure the guy is scum, but his "molesting of his sisters" occurred at a a young age.  That points to a problem of adolescence and perhaps something not right in the home.  However, I digress a bit.  What gets put out in the media is that "he molested his sisters".  It's not pointed out that it happened in the younger years.  He's being framed as being some kind of pedophile or worse when in fact it happened when he was a young child.  Perhaps that's where the attention should be focused.

 

Instead, the narrative is that "he molested his younger sisters".  No more information is presented.

 

In contrast, what John Edwards did was have an affair while his wife was battling a terrible disease.  I don't know if you are familiar with cancer treatment, but it's not a pretty sight.  While having said affair he fathered a child, then tried to lie about it.  Eventually his wife succumbed to the disease, and the very person that she trusted with herself betrayed her.

 

So tell me.  Which person is deserving of the title of being "more despicable"?
