OTOH, I've never lived on the beach but have had 2 friends who did and after a year they hated it. Said you can't really sit out on the porch or leave the windows open to feel the sea breeze because of the sand intrusion. They also said the non-stop continuous wind gets annoying after a while.

I understand that property records are freely available as are many other records.  I just don't agree with publishing such information on a public website/forum.  What if I published such information regarding anyone that posts on this forum?  Would that be acceptable?  Would said users be alright with that?

 

To go along with your friends Chiefjag, I personally would not want to live at or near the beaches.  I would rather have a bit of solitude and quiet.
