This issue with Justin seems to be more of a substance issue. That's something that can be over come and really doesn't hurt people other than himself. Aldon on the other hands seems to have issues with society. Possibly killing a person in an accident after drinking ( seriously screaming bomb in an airport post 9/11 seems like he is out of touch with today's reality). The risk is a backlash to the image and good will the franchise been building a vet the past fe years. I also don't feel the culture is strong enough yet to whip him into shape (like Brady and Bill did with Moss and even then they had to ship him out after the fact).


We may bring him to our young team and he may completely disrupt everything. What if this guy was to take Fowler under his wing??? I'll pass on that scenario. Now Irvin is an interesting idea but the thing is Caldwell got us to were we are now with calculated risks and using a concept of initial heavy investments for a big, long term gain. We aren't quite to the point were we should risk passing on another Telvin or Linder to get a guy in the final year of his contract who has been solid but not elite.
