The team hasn't cut Blackmon because they want to recover a portion of his signing bonus.

My mistake, Smith did not stab someone, he was stabbed himself trying to break up a fight. He was, though, found to be in possession of three illegal assault rifles as a result of that incident, and plead guilty to three felonies.

 

A guy has his party crashed by gang members who get in a fight, then it's revealed that he had illegal assault rifles in the house...hmmm...I wonder what he's mixed up in.
