It's easier to gain it back, but not 20 pounds in 2 months. We aren't talking about someone who almost starved to death or had some sort of degenerative disease. We are talking about an elite athlete in great shape that just came off a full football season. He never left the weight room. The line of thinking that he can just decide to hit the weights harder and instantly gain 20 pounds of muscle is just plain wrong. |
