I know hindsight is 20/20, but I know that Caldwell would rather have Monroe now instead of Joeckel.  
 

I can't really fault him for the decision.  You drafted a tackle at 2 overall, and your current starter is just average.  I'd probably have done the same thing.

 

I don't know that anyone expected all these OL from that draft to struggle like they have.
