Not only was losing KB a huge blow for us, we had 7 drops last week. The good news is Cam has tons of time and his passes have been great. We just have guys dropping easy passes - a few were TDs. But just like 2013 when we won 12 games, we don't have any good receivers but we can run the hell out of the ball and control the clock.


Seems like your Oline is a weak point. Is that true?

 

The Jaguars have had massive problems with drops in the preseason, too. Maybe it's an NFL epidemic? You won't see them on the highlights because guys dropping passes in the endzone that hit them in the hands aren't really highlights, but I think it's enough to know that the Jaguars first team has scored at least a field goal on something like 8 out of 11 drives with one of those unsuccessful drives being a drive at the end of the half and another being a dropped pass in the endzone on fourth down from the 3 yard line.

 

The o-line isn't a strength, but it's much better than it was. Last year the right tackle was a virtual turnstile allowing almost instantaneous pressure in any obvious passing situation. This year the RT spot is rock solid and the only worry is the left tackle who is at best mediocre, but you're likely to see a lot of two tight end sets from the Jaguars with the best blocking end on the left side, so while the offensive line isn't a strength in pass protection I think it'll get the job done overall.
