To those who answered the hypothetical, how do you think your answer might change, if at all, if the Jaguars had been a playoff team the past 5 years and this was the year of the monumental collapse?

 

In other words, is the desperate hunger to win possibly influencing your answer?

 

I'm not sure if I would take a trade of that nature, even if it included the swap of first round picks.

 

Right now, I see two QBs that may carry top 5 grades by next May-Bridgewater and Hundley (UCLA QB).

 

I would expect both of them will be gone by pick 5 or so, as would Clowney.

 

While the desperation to see credible QB play immediately for the Jaguars would tempt me greatly to pull the trigger in an offer like that, I don't know if I'd want to face the same situation 5 years down the road, especially if I were sold on Bridgewater or Hundley.
