He still sucks. That was the main question of the thread. We have a tough schedule going up against elite pass-rushers, and if he plays ANYTHING like he has this pre-season, or even if hes just average, we'll get stomped on. Those teams will see the weakness in Joeckel, just like a shark smells blood, and they'll make sure they completely expose him to shut down our offense. You can't be average and play like he has when you go against the teams we are playing. Lets not forget we play against the Texans TWICE a year, and could potentially compete with them for a wildcard spot. It'd be nice to still be in the play-off race come November, ya know? 

 

I know we've been at the bottom of the barrel for awhile guys, but you can start to look outside of it and see what pieces we need to get back to the play-offs. Accepting mediocrity isn't enough for that. You can speak your mind and say no to it! You don't have to be an apologist or make excuses for this franchise anymore!  :woot:
