In my opinion, the ruling is correct in the court of law.

I am not saying Brady is an angel or isn't guilty.

 

I am saying that the NFL's decision to suspend Brady for 4 games was made without an appropriate amount of evidence.

The NFL's claim was that Brady had "general awareness" of the situation and impeded the investigation.

 

3 Major points:

1) The NFL claimed what the Patriots/Brady "allegedly" did was similar to the use of steroids, and Brady should be punished similarly. The Judge did not see the connection and rightfully so.

2) A handful of years ago Brett Farve impeded and investigation when the story of the "naked" pictures were leaked (D-word). Favre did not comply fully with the investigation and was fined $50,000. NO SUSPENSION. This would have been a more accurate discipline.

3) Information about the acts and discipline for deflating footballs/tampering with equipment are found in a game-day manual according to Troy Vincent. This manual is passed out to each teams executives, GM's and operators. NOT PLAYERS.
