Ever since the CBA was signed, the players union has brought almost every suspension it seems to court. Why sign the dang agreement then renege immediately. You can debate the fairness all you want but it's to the point where Goodell is basically a powerless figurehead when it comes to player discipline. They don't want any consequences for their actions, yet people complain of player conduct hurting the leagues image. Well you can't have it both ways
