On the other side, he is a total political novice, I question his sincerity on a few topics (which actually might not be a bad thing), and some of the ideas that come out of his mouth, like using drones to bomb ourselves, are completely off the wall. He's someone that I'll be watching closely as the campaign wears on, especially if we get to a point where it's apparent that Paul's campaign is no longer viable.

His lack of political experience doesn't concern me much. He's highly intelligent, well spoken and to me seems level headed. I do not agree with every view he has but I agree with a lot of what he seems to be about.


The drone thing has been taken a little out of context (but it's still a little out there) in regards to using them for bombing. He suggested using them for destroying trafficking/drug smuggling caves and tunnels. He did not say he would use them to kill people or anything to do with "us" when he made these claims. At least not that I found. I question the ability to determine there are no people in these caves or tunnels. That's the part I'm not with. He's opposed to the idea of putting up a big wall along the border (and I am too) and this was one way he mentioned to try and control the border over putting up a fence.
