When the only true metric for people to use when determining how they are doing in regards to keeping their jobs is winning, then people are going to do any little thing that pops into their heads to do just that, and the consequences be damned. Heck, if they don't win they're gonna get fired anyway so why not make every effort towards that end?

The League has set up a cutthroat business when it comes to Players, Coaches, and Front Office personnel and they do nothing to really police their activities and when they actually do something, they try and keep it hidden.

And what's worse, I really don't think they perceive just how absurd the whole situation is.

I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.

Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!
