He walked into an airport security checkpoint and started telling screeners that he had a bomb because he wasn't happy with the process. He has a habit of getting liquored up then blasting down the freeway. He beat up his neighbor's car.

 

Tell me how this guy is not toxic? He may not be as self-destructive as Titus Young, but he also doesn't have the documented mental illnesses that Young was facing.
