Because you have a Head Coach for a reason.  Maybe because he is the...head coach.  Same reason you have a Captain of a ship, a manager of a team, a Chief among Indians.  One person is the ultimate leader and ultimately responsible.  It is their job to ensure success of whatever organization they are leading.  If something within the organization is going awry then they are responsible for making corrections. 

 

This is leadership 101!

 

Even Odrick sounds like Bradley in his post-game interview.  He was talking about how he thought he did decent and played alright, etc. (he was basically irrelevant in the game).  What happened to the players who were studs but leaders among men?  Players that would run for 200 yards and 3 TDs but the team lost and the only thing they said post-game was that we need to play better as a team to win!  Where's the leadership?
