Didnt know much about Jason Meyers  but holy crap, we cut a proven vet for a rookie who sucked at kicking in college just cuz he had a big leg 

I thought he was just a good kicker in college who feel thru the cracks

Myers had perfect weather and field conditions on Sunday and he still pushed a 44-yard attempt wide right and did the same thing on a PAT after the Jaguars’ only touchdown. Myers wasn’t a good kicker in college, making only 63.2 percent of his field goal attempts (24 of 38) at Marist. He made just 3 of 9 field goal attempts from 40-49 yards."
