Was it excessive? Maybe a little. Did he get his point across across to Kelvin how selfish and foolish the penalty was? I think he did and I doubt he'll make the mistake again.


I hate how strict college football is on celebrations and how quick they are to penalize players for what I think is an acceptable amount of celebrating for a guy who just scored a TD. But throat slashing isn't acceptable.
