Houston (0-1)
at Carolina (1-0
) - Carolina is coming home and while they do not have a complete roster, I will say that it is good enough to win you a few games. I am old school enough to not want to put any trust into a Quarterback change. To put it simply, I think Houston is in trouble. I'll take Cam and his drive extending ways for the Carolina win.

I didn't watch this game but my Houston fan friend did and he told me that it was simply a series of five yard passes from Mallet and that Newton was wearing Clowney out with the Read Option. Granted, that's from a fans point of view but Cam's stat line of 76 yards rushing and Mallets 27 of 58 for 244 (4.2 YPA?!?!) seems to back that up. QB issues suck. Win

N.Y. Jets (1-0)
at Indy (0-1)
- What is it that we witnessed from Indianapolis? Is that a systemic thing or simply getting caught blindsided by a revved up Buffalo squad? I'm thinking it was a blip, but let's keep an eye on it. Also, I can't even tell you who the NYJ Quarterback is. Gimme Luck and crew to pull out the Indianapolis win.

Yeah, it might be systemic. I watched that whole stupid game last night and except for one drive Luck and Co. didn't look good at all. Their Defense definitely tightened up against the run, Chris Ivory only had 57 yards on the ground, but you can only last so long when your offense turns the ball over five times. Loss
Tennessee (1-0)
at Cleveland (0-1)
- I really don't want to think about this. Tennessee can't be that good, they just can't be, right?!?! I'm probably wrong here, but I'm going with Cleveland to pull out a win at home.

I've always felt that it's just too tough to predict wins before the four-game mark and I think this one proves that. Was Tennessee really two touchdowns worse than Cleveland?! Maybe, I dunno. But I'm happy that it turned out that way! Win
Miami (1-0)
at Jacksonville (0-1) - While I do think that the Jacksonville Offense will show more than they did last Sunday, I don't think it will be enough to overcome the Miami Defense. I feel like the Hit Squad will fare well against the Miami Offense, but it won't be enough. Write me down for Miami to win.

I'm tempted to think that I actually got some analysis right in this game as the Offense did crank things up vs. Miami and the front line did rather well. To be honest, I didn't think Miami's Pass Catchers were going to have that kind of game but we can't get them all right, right? Loss

I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.
Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!
