It was pointed out later that he will in fact be held accountable since he has a court date as prescribed by law. So when I wrote:

 

 

I was asking the question which used my earlier statement as a groundwork that the only people that need to pass judgement on Dwayne Bowe are those people who are in a position to do so, the actual authorities, not his employer.

His employer pays his very large salary..he does get to pass judgement. This judgement will not send him to prision, but it could make him unemployed..he is a star player so someone will always take a chance on him. In my second life as an employer I pass that judgement by either retaining him/her in their position or letting him/her go.
