this team epitomizes it's head coach left right and center, they have zero killer instinct.

the only thing gus learns is how to get his [BAD WORD REMOVED] kicked each weak over and over. You give a real coach this team and we will be 100% better just that fast
 

I'm not defending Gus, I'm just pointing out the problem is deeper than most want to admit. This roster is average to below average at best. It's not a winning roster, having a coach that isn't getting it done only makes it worse but the roster is the core problem.
