Did the Falcons gut their roster?  Did the Jets?  Cardinals?

 

The Jaguars completely blew up the roster 3 years ago, and in year 2, they went with a roster that had more rookies starting at key positions than any other team in the league.  Even today, it's still one of the youngest rosters in the league, especially among front line starters.  So, yes,  It should have been expected for this process to take 3 years before the team started to turn the corner.  We'll see if that timeline actually is achieved soon enough.
