I still think from an overall personnel standpoint, this is an up and coming team. Defensive continuity is important too. If we fired Bradley one coach I would strongly consider is Mike Smith. He is familiar with Caldwell and is basically a 4-3 guy, and we have 4-3 personnel.

Marrone would be another logical replacement because there would be a strong chance for offensive continuity.

I mean I get it. I know we aren't firing him now but it seems very clear he won't be here for long. Just not sure I see a downside of promoting Marrone and then bringing in someone else next season.

We say the same thing each week ..."looks like we will really see what Gus has next week...."
