On the other side out of the 4-0 teams I don't think most people would've put the Falcons that high up prior to the start of the season or the Panthers. I think the Falcons are simply being coached well while the Panthers have been lucky with a very easy schedule to date. The SeaHawks would be 4-0 if they had paid their SS, so I wouldve put them higher on the Power Rankings. If Big Ben hadn't been injured the Steelers would be higher on the list too.
I would put the Raiders above the Redskins as Jack Del Rio is the better coach and will have a better record in the long run.
Out of all the 1-3 teams which one do you feel is the best but simply had bad luck?
I think the Chiefs have the best chance to turn things around.
On the flip side regarding the Seahawks, the Lions will probably get a letter from the league saying, "sorry, you should have won" due to Wright illegally batting the ball out of bounds and it not being called. The Lions should have had a first and goal at the one. I'd have probably put the Lions at #21 had I known this.
As for your 1-3 team question, that's why I have the Ravens so high. That is, they easily could be 4-0 as all three of their losses were by a hair. They actually beat the Raiders, but the play was called back on the penalty allowing the Raiders to win. Against the Broncos, Flacco had a game-winning TD fall right into his WRs hands but the WR flat dropped it. Against the Ravens it was back-and-forth right 'till the end with the Bengals winning by 4 points, but a little less or a little more time and that's a Ravens win.
