Given that the defense hasnt been half bad at all, an ideal scenario would be Gus (somehow) agreeing to stay on as DC. No chance in hell that happens though. I think he's a good defensive coach, I just dont think he's good at game management and in game adjustments

Your closing statement is confusing.

 

To be a good defensive coach, it seems like he would at least have to be good at in game adjustments.

 

Now do I buy into the idea that some guys are better suited to be coordinators than head coaches?  Sure.

 

Might I buy into the idea that Bradley falls into that group?  Sure.

 

But I don't see how a person can be a good defensive coach and not be good at in game adjustments.
