Fans should be hoping for the ascension of a guy who quit his job as a head coach?  Yeah, that's worked out well for this team in the past.  Great call.
 

The library has plenty of books on leadership.  Feel free to read one any time.  Anyone of them will let you know that you can delegate authority but not responsibility.  Bradley is the HC.  He enables his coordinators to do their job but the responsibility for the team's performance remains with him.
