Now im not saying he is horrible but hes not great either. His job has to be evaluated with Gus as well!

Exactly my point, lets not give him a blind seal of approval. He may not be the worst GM but he's far from being the best GM as well...

He has made a few mistakes, and E. Monroe was a huge one.
