I'm not saying I see things that others don't because obviously there are people on here who agree with me. The glaring issue is this team is not and will not improve under Gus' tutelage. I see "clearly" that a HC change next week won't in-fact hurt the franchise any worse than it is already hurt.

 

Edit: I see the problem NOW, not 3 years from now. Everybody manages to outlive their expiration date here in Jax.
