Then we once again wonder...is it the HC again? Or do we not have enough talent? You can't fire the HC, but you can't fire the GM because if you fire the GM, then the new GM will want a new HC.

Gus isn't that great of a speaker. He just yells as many motivational clichés as he can until somebody asks the next question. He's like a salesman for a shady pyramid company. "I make $1 million a month selling kirby vacuums man! If you compete and demonstrate your spirit man, i bet you could make $2 million man!! Yea!!!!!!"
