The biggest "draftable needs" in Jacksonville are unknown until the season is over. Injured players will return. Healthy players will get hurt. Schematic changes can be made too. You never know what will happen during or after the bye week. I wish board members would realize this and wait until we are eliminated from the playoffs to discuss some 2016 draft topics.

But to answer the OP, I think we should also be looking at who will be available in free agency or as trade bait. Why think about the guys we can draft before you know which veterans will be available at positions we need to upgrade? This topic should be in the NFL At Large section because it is only about positions, not players.
