But, here's my theory--- Now mind you, I'm rarely every correct--- 

 

My theory is that the players that Caldwell has put together are legit.  Yes, he has misses, so don't throw Toby into this...  I'm saying that overall, this team has legitimate NFL starters.  Some are average, but they are NFL average.  But we have enough very good players and a couple pro-bowl level players that make this team capable of going 6-5 for the rest of this season no matter the coach...

 

That's the fear.  That the coach cannot ever get these players to perform at top levels to get over the hump...  

 

To me, in my mind, the AFCS is a division in which the jaguars as currently constructed are the most talented overall.  Clearly, the odds of us winning the division this season and making the playoffs has been hindered with the last 2 games we've lost.  But there's no doubt as Marks comes back, and we get JT80 back into full strength, this team just by talent alone can win 6 out of the next 11 games...  

 

But, how much is that coaching and how much is that the talent acquisition of Caldwell...  At the moment, I give more respect to the GM than I do the HC.  Maybe things change over the next 3 months...  We'll see...
