Second, O'Brien played a cakewalk of a schedule last year, and with basically the same roster as Kubiak--one that was far better than its 2013 finish. It says something for O'Brien, yeah, but it doesn't make him the guy who'll finally break the Belichick curse. The Texans regressed badly this year under his watch.

 

I never bought into "the Texans have so much talent on their roster" argument, I totally disagree. Besides JJ Watt and DeAndre Hopkins there isn't a lot of talent on the Texans roster, they've drafted poor for almost a decade now look, look at the 2013 (http://www.houstontexans.com/news/articl...96799341b3) and the 2014 (http://www.battleredblog.com/2014/5/10/5...xans-picks) Texans draft and tell me where all this "talent" is at.
