 For those who don't like Terry Bradshaw as a broadcaster for whatever reason ( s ),   that's fine.    Yet,  I think there should be a huge separation when describing Terry Bradshaw and describing Jimmy Johnson.   To the best of my knowledge,   Terry Bradshaw never suggested on national TV or on any media outlet that a team should move.    Jimmy Johnson did.    Johnson crossed the line.   It's one thing to be critical of owners,  coaches,  and players.   It's another to attack a fan base without justification.    In essence,  Johnson made Jacksonville a punch line in his commentary instead of spending time and effort to understand the overall NFL dynamics of selling tickets and luxury boxes in this day and age.    For me,  remembering from a distance how much effort the city of Jacksonville put in to secure an NFL franchise,   for someone like Johnson to make a case that the franchise should be taken away,   he should be ripped to pieces.

While a little righteous indignation is good for the soul, it's not like these are award winning journalists saying this stuff. They are ex-jock talking heads, some of whom may be starting to exhibit signs of CTE.

Do you pay attention to anything these guys talk about? Why even watch? If you do watch, isn't it only for entertainment? If you don't take any of their babble seriously, why would you think anyone else would?

As Oesher keeps pointing out - this is what happens when you are 1-9, following a 2-14 season. All the news about the Jags is going to be pretty negative until they start winning. If/when they start winning we'll then get to see stories about "the tough fan base that stuck with them through thick and thin..." etc., etc.

Take a deep breath - we're tougher than they are.
