Robinson and Hurns are certainly making a case for being one of the better duos in the league. From what we've seen, they are still scratching the surface and developing their craft, and arguably they are limited by Bortles current play. So when Bortles becomes more accurate, which hopefully will come with time, then these two guys are going to be a pair to be reckoned with. They are on pace to be thousand yard receivers with an inaccurate Blake Bortles, imagine how good and dangerous they would be with an accurate Blake Bortles. It is potentially scary!

 

Our receivers are pretty damn talented. We have Julius Thomas who can hopefully bring some, if not all, of the big play ability he had in Denver. And other players who are capable pass catchers as well in D-Rob, Yeldon, and so on. Credit is certainly due Dave Caldwell for putting together this set of weapons for our young quarterback, and fingers crossed, Bortles is going to help make them thrive. 


It makes you wonder what kind of impact a healthy and focused Justin Blackmon could have on this team if he returns. Granted that is still a long shot and we may never see him in the NFL again, but imagine a trio of Robinson, Hurns and Blackmon lining up. That would be a hell of a trio. And with Yeldon and Thomas, our young quarterback would be spoilt for choice. Then again, if Lee can ever get healthy and utilise his potential, then a trio of Robinson, Hurns and Lee would be troublesome as well. 

 

Our future offensively looks very bright if all goes well.
