I have to agree on the defense.  Not pressing, hardly any turnovers and I don't think one db/cb has an int (dead last in turnover ratio?) and we just started blitzing a few games ago.  I just don't think you can teach aggressiveness when you play passive.  And it is showing in the stats.  

 

Also, no one has seemed to address this and I have brought it up a few times.  Why are we going after lengthy CB/DBs who are physical if we aren't going to press the receivers at the line?  I'm just not understanding how one of the best attributes of our CB/DBs isn't being used.  Gus isn't dumb so anyone have an idea to the reason?

 

If you go into every game defensively basically doing the same thing on tape then you are making it easy for the offense.  You are showing them where you can be beat constantly.  This obviously makes you predictable and being predictable has got to be one of the worst traits of the Jaguars over these many years of bottom dwelling.  Also one of the biggest criticisms.  You cannot be afraid to win.  You cannot play to not lose.  I just feel like that is what we have been doing and that part to me is the most frustrating.
