When Bortles reaches that level it may boost Hurns' and Robinson's production because they will be getting more consistent and a higher level of play from their quarterback. That is not to say that Bortles isn't doing well, rather I am simply highlighting that when Bortles hits his ceiling, he is going to make his receivers a lot of money because they are going to be very productive, and arguably/potentially, more productive than they are right now. Which makes this offense a very exciting prospect going forwards.
