I don't expect Miller to light up the sack sheet, but I do expect him to make the tackle when RBs run right at him, and he's been failing to do that much. As starting NTs go in this league, yeah he sucks. Miller is routinely blocked out of plays as RBs go right up the gut. Last week when he did get his hands on Foster we saw him slip right off the RB utterly failing to make the tackle, and another time I noticed him beat a block but too late as a dive toward the RB ended with him eating dirt. I'm hoping Sen'Derrick's presence will help him do his job, but what this team really needs is a dominant nose tackle. Abry Jones, quite frankly, appears more adept at getting the job done and should probably replace Miller as the starter.


 

Now if Lags or TBo really think he's doing good against the run, I'd like to know what they're seeing. Maybe Lags can go to his smart board and show us because I just keep seeing whiffs.
