the only other first rounders to have earned their first round draft selection, imo, with MANY of the picks in round 1 flaming out, that isn't what you'd expect from a draft.


First rounders are supposed to be key contributors, generally sure fire picks, even if over drafted slightly for need.

The 2013 first round is littered regular schmoes and failed picks.

Can't really fault Caldwell for doing what almost everyone did.


He didn't really miss either. Joker isn't Elite, but he has improved and is playing better than given credit for.


Cyp isn't all-star either, and I wish Dave had addressed the secondary differently in that draft as well
