How serious is Marqise's hamstring injury?

Honestly I think it has something to do with they warmup/stretch. Stretch being the key word. As an active cyclist it's important stretch really well before and AFTER I go riding. Hamstrings injuries straight suck when trying to do anything active. I have really easy to pull quad muscles from 13 years of not stretching before I played rigorous games of soccer. So I have to be careful. It's all about stretching. I'm a firm believer in it.
You either die as a good poster, or live long enough to become the troll.
