NFL.com article: "Jacksonville Jaguars showing promising growth despite 1-5 start."

#45

I think I'm changing my mind on Gus.  This team is progressing.  We're on track for 3 wins this year, which would put Gus at a respectable 10-38 in his tenure.  If you think of being an NFL head coach as on-the-job training, his first 3 years have really been about getting experience so next year is really his first year, and he really needs at least three years so that means a total of six, so he's here through at least 2019.

By then, we should have accumulated enough top 3 draft picks to declare the team "built" and in contention for an 8-8 season.
