NFL.com article: "Jacksonville Jaguars showing promising growth despite 1-5 start."

Quote:This is a great article about why Gus Bradley and David Caldwell should not be fired after the 2015 season. I agree with everything. Sorry if this link has already been posted.

The article lost me when he talked about Bill Parcells.

You know a Hall Of Fame Head Coach that rebuilt the Patriots & trained the current HC to many SuperBowl wins when the team was consider the Leagues worst for decades with no chance of ever being good until he came along, and as far as when he was in the Cowboys he brought Tony Romo and realized he wasnt good enough to win when he told the press that QBs dont fall from trees... many teams would love to have Tony Romo but he knew he wasnt good enough to win a SB.

Bill Parcells words couldnt be more true, you are what your record says you are... the jaguars HC has won 4 games, then 3 games, and now this season only 1 game... he's getting worse not better...

++++++

from that link they wrote:

How, you ask, can we possibly use the word "encouraging" to describe a 1-5 team? How, you wonder, can Bradley possibly deserve patience when Jacksonville's defense (his specialty) Ranks 30th and last in takeaways and third-down %?

+++++++++++++++

He forgot to add that it has been going on for three years.. do you think when HC Andy Reid went to KC that they said fine rebuild take a few years.. no he took the leagues worst team 32nd ranked and made them undeafted for over 2/3rds of his first season.. sure he had QB problems too and never found one.. plus HCs sometimes conflict with GM or Owners that undermind them (See Washington Redskins), but a really good HC will find a way to get close to .500 if nothing else...(See JDR, or Coughlin, or Rex Ryan)...
