From the time Gus got here until now, the team has gotten better player/talent wise, but Gus seems to be the same rookie bad HC he was when he got here and it appears that he just continues to get out-coached and out schemed even by bottom feeder teams, teams missing their #1 QB and teams with rookie turn-over prone QBs. I just think most people who have turned on Gus just believe that a better HC would have been able to find a win or 2 in there with this exact same team. That's the most frustrating part of all of this to me.
