Coaching staff, coaching staff, coaching staff..... That's been our problem for the last 5-6 years (minus some GM incompetence). We have had talented players, but our coaching staffs have been inexperienced and ignorant to not know how to utilize them. Past players we let go because of age or scheme fit:

 

Daryl Smith - Would have been a great experienced LB to our younger inexperienced LBs (minus Poz). Goes to Baltimore and kills it. Currently, I'm not sure how he's doing, but he should still have been JAG.

 

Rashean Mathis - One of my all-time favorite JAGS! Yes, he's not what he was and has been getting burnt in Detroit as of late, but he had a good couple of years after we let him go.

 

Justin Forsett - Didn't produce much while here, but when he goes to Baltimore....what happens?

 

Leroy Reynolds - I'm not sure of his ceiling, but he was great on ST and was good LB depth. Not sure how he's doing in Chicago, but I scratched my head on his release.

 

Now we have last year's top CB McCray on the bench, now House is on the bench, Ryan Davis has time cut, we play Slowby more than Denard :\, and we've lost 3 games in a row that should have been W's. After a while, I can't help but to question things. I hope we turn it around and I'm completely wrong! But I just don't see it happening....
