Also, in 8 years we have had 3 (technically 4) head coaches, 3 GM's and 2 owners.  You are acting like Gus has been here for 8 years or we have had the same GM during that entire span.  Hell, we haven't even had the same owner.  

Here ill break this down for you.

 

"I love the people that say stuff like " blah blah blah get your pitchforks".

 

"Good thing you're not a Jets/ Eagle/ Packers fan."

 

"Go to a Jets/Eagles board after with an 8-31 head coach and see how well saying "grab your pitch forks " flies over. You'd be laughed out of the city."

 

"Only the Jaguars could have fans dumb enough to trust in that "process"."

 

Im really not sure where you are getting " Oh I want our FO to be like the Jet/Eagles" (pretty funny you left out GB btw). The Jets/ Eagles were an example of how any other team wouldn't tolerate a coach that 8-31. I was saying that instead of the Jaguars, any other fan base would laugh you out of the city if you were defending a team that's 8-31 over the last 3 years.

 

Sorry, I didnt really think I had to name all other 31 teams in the NFL to help you get the point.
