is Bradley the best coach for this team? Does he coach well? If the answer is no to those questions, he should be gone. We all know it won't happen During the season but if we go 1-8, I don't see how you can keep him.
 

That's the most important thing: does changing the Head Coach stunt Bortles, because he's taken the step up this year. Changing out the staff could really hurt, especially if he continues to improve the rest of this season. The best thing would be if a new head coach decided to keep the assistants (and they are willing to stay) because, for all their faults, this group seems to be close to being very good.
