Firing Gus tomorrow MAY NOT result in this team doing a 180 for the remainder of the season, but keeping him is certainly not. We know what we have in Gus, we don't know what we have in a replacement.
I don't see any rational reason to keep him unless it's believed he can turn the team's fortunes around. IF you don't think he can, then you are wasting time by keeping him when you could be testing the head coaching qualities of one of his assistants. Regards.................the Chiefjag |
