LOL, he's talking about it.  But he has no idea what the definition of it is.  He hears these buzz words, and then he figures if he uses them people will think he's smart.

 

Pretty soon, he'll be using words like "pro-active", "synergy", "globalization", "leverage" and "paradigm shift"...
