Those are coaching problems, wrong_box. Bortles looking like a stud for long stretches? The Allens looking more and more like we finally have a worthy successor to the Thunder and Lightning tandem? Telvin Smith flashing incredible range and getting better as we go? Aaron Colvin quietly developing into a very solid corner? Those are all about talent. This team has talent. Caldwell has seen to that. What it doesn't have is a competent coach. If Bradley was going to get it, he'd have gotten it by now. Cut bait, spend the rest of this season seeing what we've got in Marrone, and if he's the guy to maximize this talent, great. If he's not, then go find someone who is. This team is ready to compete for the playoffs, but the coaching staff is holding them back. That's all there is to it.
